Each look is rendered by an image model that reads the face in your photo and rebuilds the scene around it — the outfit, the light, the setting change; the face does not. The model is instructed to keep the face, identity, and expression exactly as photographed. A look that changes the face is a failed look, not a stylistic choice.
One honest note about this gallery: the starting portraits were themselves AI-generated stand-ins, so no real person's face appears on this page. The transformation pipeline is identical to the one your photo goes through. When you judge these, look at two things: does the face stay recognizably itself, and does the scene feel like a card you'd actually send. Those are the tests we build against.
